ScopeConnect shows building and development applications from public NSW planning records, organised by region and trade. See data sources.

The information comes from public records and is provided as is. Costs are the applicant's estimate. Stages, Head Contractor names and addresses may be out of date or wrong, and a listed project may not go ahead. Check details yourself before relying on them.

Use the information for your own business. Don't resell or republish it in bulk, and don't use it to harass property owners. Contact with Head Contractors and owners must follow Australian law, including the Spam Act 2003 and the Do Not Call Register.

Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your account page and keep access until the end of the paid period. Prices include GST.

Estimates. Package values, quantities and scopes of work are rough guides worked out from the public record and standard rates. They are not quotes, measurements or dates from the Head Contractor. Check the documents and talk to the Head Contractor before relying on them.

Head Contractor information. Head Contractor profiles and the busiest Head Contractors list count the construction certificates that name each Head Contractor. They describe how much work appears in public records, not the quality of anyone's work.

We may suspend accounts that break these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
